Rodrigo and Nubia: future of Brown people and Latino families in the US – Interview

June 21, 2011

Meet Rodrigo Sanchez-Chavarria and wife Nubia Esparza, they are the new American family: the union of an immigrant from South America and a U.S. born citizen, both of them share common interests and a Native American heritage, one from Peru-Bolivia and the other from Mexico.

In this extraordinary conversation, Rodrigo and Nubia share their hopes and dreams, their experiences understanding their place in society, their heritage and how they see the future of Latinos, the Brown people in the U.S. Watch the whole interview, you will enjoy it and this will help you understand Brown people better.

I met Rodrigo and Nubia online and thanks to my blogs. This week they contacted me while I was in Minneapolis attending the Netroots Nation 2011 conference, and I’m so glad they did. I will write more details about this interview later on, I have to run now.
